FIELD OPERATIONS and STATION MANAGEMENT

At Aviation Technologies we have developed a Comprehensive Aviation Management Program that includes all necessary phases of daily field management for a successful airline.
Station Management:
| * | On-site negotiation of use agreements with Airport Authorities |
| * | Evaluate, select, and monitor daily performances of ground handlers |
| * | Develop and maintain Station Operations Manuals |
| * | Represent partner airlines at departing and arriving flights |
Full-Service Catering Program:
| * | Evaluate, select and monitor daily performance of caterers |
| * | Negotiate catering contracts and renewals |
| * | Develop menu cycles and packing procedures |
| * | Act as liaison between tour operators and caterers |
| * | On-site kitchen inspections and spot-check meal evaluations |
| * | Develop and administer liquor/beverage procedures |
Baggage Service:
| * | Develop and coordinate lost baggage procedures and policies |
| * | Maintain a central office for coordination of lost baggage |
| * | Review and investigate baggage claims and act as liaison between claimant and airline |
